Nachos are traditional Mexican tortilla chips made of corn flour. This is a favourite snack for all situations. They are especially handy for a family evening in front of a TV, for fitness centers, swimming pools or picnics in a park or a forest.
These snacks are served with a variety of toppings – everybody’s favourite avocados with lemon, sour cream, various sauces (salsa, guacamole or avocado and lemon, cheese sauce, melted cheese, salads, meat, fish, beans).
Nachos are simple – as is the Mexican kitchen in general. They are a mix of Spanish and indigenous cooking traditions. These snacks are not only tasty, but also take just minutes to prepare.
